The Federal Trade Commission, the District Attorneys of Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties, and the San Diego City Attorney ("prosecution team") have brought consumer protection law-enforcement actions against the retailers, endorsers, and distributors of the Ab Energizer System. The purpose of these actions was to stop the illegal sales of this system and to recover and redistribute the money that consumers paid for this system. Although the prosecution team did recover some funds, it may not be possible to provide you with a full refund of all monies you paid.
